Well no, and neither is the game, technically speaking. The OP still needs to make good on a few "skipped" payments from the last weekly game (me and bombardir have e-mailed and PM-ed the OP).

You have been looking at the blockchain timestamp. Last week he was still using a timestamp from his IPN that we don't have access too.
The addresses are ordered on the site nonetheless, whatever the system. Fine, let them be paid in that order, not in the order of blockchain timestamps.
Also keep in mind that my line was already paid - but the payment never confirmed and was eventually dropped. Meanwhile the game goes on and much newer addresses than mine get paid (
