I believe that I owe the community here to tell my experience with the OP Toggy.

I am a noob and cant code and I have to rely on a coder/programmer. No problem with this and I am willing to pay for good work.
About a week ago toggy offered his work in this thread and I replied immediately with my question

his answer was prompt the same day saying

we cleared price and some more points in Pms. He said he understood the project and promised to show me soon a clear and simple design but beautiful.

One day later he send a PM telling me that he has family problems and he can only restart working in the middle of next weekend (actually this weekend).

I saw in forum thread that he is still taking work and I Pmed him to ask him if he wants to fool me. He said someone died and he is not able to work full time.
I believed him (why not) and said ok take your time and I wait till next weekend (today). In the meantime he Pmed some more questions regarding the project and he said he did already most of the work and he will deliver at the weekend. I was happy to hear that and offered more payment if he delivers good work.

Even today he Pmed me with a question regarding the project. So all looked fine.
6 hours later he Pmed me that he was hired by his second client ( I was the 1st) who offers him a good salary and he has no time to finish any other job with me and other clients. And he doesnt care if I give him a bad rating.

To be frank I am very disappointed with his behavior and would like to know with whom he did the same? There must be some other user who received a PM like I did.
I would like to know what you think about it and how would you react to this behavior.
I thought he is a nice young guy who really wants to build a portfolio for future business. Hmmm

any opinions are very much appreciated.
