If he couldnt understand what an escrow is what makes you think he understands the insurance aspect, also the ToS gives them a perfect get out clause.
i am not so sure the ToS is an out anymore for GAW (if all of this comes to fruition). there has been too much misrepresentation by GAW/Josh. a ToS cannot be used to perform acts of fraud.
any internet lawyers care to take a stab at the argument that misrepresentation voided out the ToS ?
