Ah, so, if a company has miners today, they are forbidden to replace them with newer, bigger, better, more energy efficient miners tomorrow, because there are specific contracts tied to specific hashrate of specific machines? Must be a real bummer if your miner goes down then because you wont receive any mining coins then. I wish somebody would invent cloud mining then, where all sold hashrate is tied to an equivalent number of miners (preferably with some spares running on the side) and people are paid out their share of the total, so it does not matter if one machine fails, or is replaced by a newer one
