I've been trying to mine on the gridcoin classic wallet to get some, but keep getting connection 500 errors to the wallet. Is it still possible to do this?

Are You using Gridcoin research (new) wallet? Old wallet is not supported anymore and all gridcoins have to be converted to Gridcoin research coins via burner (
