That raises a point. If paybase is operating as an exchange wouldn't it be illegal for Gaza and his employees to trade on his own exchange or in his own coin?
As if GAW cares about the law?
I'd say most of the exchanges does it, because most of the owners are not legally compliant. I think honestly the only one that maybe fully or near fully compliant is Kraken (Until Koinyx launches lol).
