What can community members do to contribute to Bitcoin's growth? 
Tell ppl what is bitcoin, how it works, make a merchant, store accept bitcoin, let investor invest and buy bitcoin.
So far bitcoin is grow I think we just wait and enjoy until bitcoin mainstream
