So either smracer is behind this and it might actually have some legitimacy (fat chance), or they nicked his picture and if ever we needed more nails to close this coffin, that would be it..
They can take any picture from the web and snap it on the website. Unless any copyright claim is mentioned on the pic, anything available on the public web is for public use.
