The dude is Chinese, he can't post anywhere else. Probably the only one that promotes to the chinese market and a large amount of chinese read it, what more do you want?

We had a number of posters who wrote a lot in Chinese, Russian, German and other languages, but we also had posters, who copied articles from news sites and it was hard to verify this if you don't know the language, thus the rule. It's not much to ask someone to write a small % of their monthly posts outside the local section and nobody had a problem with it.
