VCCs are different story. They are not based on the prepaid cards that I'm selling - have been issued for online shopping for Polish people, so the currency is PLN.

VCC limits are similar:

Single transaction limit: 4000 PLN
Total that can be loaded within one year: 10000 PLN
Maximum balance: 10000 PLN

In reality everybody can use them, but the base currency can be only PLN. I meant that setting up these cards (VCC) is generally for Polish people because you need to receive text message on your phone during registration. I'm not sure if this can be done outside of Poland.
