if I remember Gox's Bank had similar problems the facade was they're being hung out to dry for giving care loans to drug dealers. But then again if they pay off the loan and don't advertise how they make a living it shouldn't affect the banks financial well being. There problems aren't consumer credit reliability but macro isolation within the banking community, BIS and the like.
