Well, the link would have been sent by PM, email, any number of chat clients and he could reference it from anywhere. Whereas the actual note would be in the UK
(iii) You inferred throughout your stay here that you're from UK. The moment I asked for the consignment note, you are suddenly in Vietname.
He never said he was in the UK other than posting the tracking which shipped to the UK but never says it reached a destination, but only that it was in transit in the UK
