I have sent the mail and waiting 12hrs already. Supporter said wait the IT but i dont understand why take long time. Im using ur service over 1 year. Why ur site not send  the confirmation email to customer.
Now 5hrs from last reply on the working hours but nothing. Im very anxious !!
