....and did not inform me. I accidentally funded my account with the old reference and after a few days realised that the funds had not gone in, so I checked my reference that is linked to their account number on my payee list on my internet banking against the one on the actual web site and they have changed my reference number by a few digits since the last time I added funds. I have sent them an email explaining this. Do you think it will get sorted or am I just going to have to face the fact I am never going to see that money again?
