Sellers at localbitcoins will not accept money from an unverified paypal (understandably), I've tried before. From where I live, my best bet was virwox. Been using it for several months without any problem, except for the limits. I need to wait 12 more days for next order. If someone will exchange bitcoins for paypal (unverified), I'll be thankful. You can keep the money for a few days in your paypal account before sending the bitcoins (If possible, less than a week).
