Uninteresting case. Three parties:
1) Poksak
2) Newdeal2014
3) Amazon seller (Bits of
It seems Poksak honored their part of the deal (independently verified by Blazr). It seems Newdeal2014received a battery instead of a miner (unverified)
There are two obvious scenarios:
1) The Amazon seller scammed by sending a battery instead of a miner.
2) Newdeal2014scammed by receiving the miner but claiming they received a battery.
I am leaning towards 1) but there's no evidence to support it. In both cases there is no blame on Poksak because he ordered the exact item that Newdeal2014requested.
Most importantly, neither party seems genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Instead they're acting like little kids having a nice e-tantrum together.

E-tauntrum? I asked the OP repeatedly via PM to contact the seller/Amazon. He refused. He is in control of the Amazon account making the order. It is his responsibility to deal with this problem. There is no reason for him to NOT be resolving this aside from that he cannot provide security question information for the account because it's bogus, and/or he is using bogus AGCs.
I can't make it more clear: I have tried to work with him, and I FOUND this thread. He's spamming my PM box EVEN WHILE THIS THREAD GOES ON with taunts and asking me for money. This is bordering on extortion at this point.

I selected the seller by SIMPLY SELECTING THE FIRST RESULT WHEN YOU TYPE ANTMINER S5 INTO AMAZON. I don't know the seller at all.

And that's when I'm done with this thread. My personal information is being posted on the internet with no regard for the facts of this situation. I have nothing more to say here. If anyone genuinely cares (And isn't trying to up their post count), I will send you the entire collection of PMs between the OP and I. Other than that, this issue is over.
I'm glad I didn't lose any money on this scam. I'm thankful for that at least.
