Let's also look at Garza's little brother, Carlos. It could be argued he did a lot of Josh's dirty work for him in regards to the B2B/reseller base. The screen grab below from October 29th, 2014, which is already within the public domain, set the stage for why the bulk of the resellers bailed on GAW after being left with no viable price protection "after the fact". It also plays in to the period GAW first showed signs of money troubles and their need to move on to the next phase of the scheme.

not a way to treat your resellers. I do not really feel like going into detail, but that was not the sole reason resellers left, it was more of a combination of events.
Needless to say, GAW's relationship was very weird...
