You know we will regardless of cost although if he is planning on suing us as he has made threats to do so several times over we will likely be entitled a lot of things in the discovery process

I think the silver lining for you is that the recent Hashlet termination seems to show GAW being very low on cash (they couldn't keep a website running to continue paying 1 satoshi to customers?) so the probability of them going forward with a lawsuit is not very high.
