And the question is, how many people had purchased hardware from GAW with a CC that converted to Hashlets are now on the phone with their bank disputing the charges?

For hardware it might be too late with most cards, it's been almost 6 months. But they sold actual hashlets on gawminers.com via CCs, and these should be easy to dispute. Unfortunately if GAW's accounts are empty it's going to be the bank or the payment processor holding the bag.
