ACH are long-con scammers who were ousted in the NXT community back when they listed there. There was a huge controversy over it because they played dumb. When the community persisted, she hired attack-dog posters to come in and trash everyone who had spoken ill of ACH. They were eventually banned from the forums for 3 weeks.

I'm not surprised at all that a "mysterious whale" has dumped shares of ACH. Heather had been accumulating company shares in a number of fakewhale accounts since the start of this whole endeavor. There are also unconfirmable reports that they had been jitney-ing trades on poloniex to up their volume a few months back. I am not surprised at all that people have lost all their money on this one. It now appears as if the reason for the fake share accumulation was so that they could anonymously dump shares and blame it on the market. Well, they got caught, but decided to wait a few months and then do it anyway.

I also strongly suspect that the ACH team is involved in more than one scam in the NXT community.

Attempting to Hide Share Transfers to Herself
It looks as if the company has been caught stealing shares for the owner without no payment. When confronted, Heather gave us a story about a group of German Investors who wished to remain anonymous and a transfer button that "doesn't work". A full analysis is present in their discussion thread (read discussion starting here or skip a few details and go to the start of the trainwreck).

Paying Dividends to Unsold Shares
    Issue in progress.
It seems she's paid dividends to all existing shares, including unsold IPO shares: https://nxtforum.org/index.php?topic=5042.msg121291#msg121291
