Everything about the dev screams scam, right down the the .pw domain. If he himself took this project seriously he wouldnt mind investing $20 for a .co.nz which would have a lot more marketing power in New Zealand (Although then he wouldn't be able to maintain anonymity). Probably would have spent more then 5 minutes on the branding also..
