You replied to my PM and then again - no answer while I have sent your several messages and you have logged-in here for nearly every day. Why just can't you deal with the hosting issues?
If you can't meet the standards, or don't have time, please don't advertise your services since my website has been down for days.
You mentioned that my Cpanel "somehow got deleted". How does that happen? If so, please recover from backups as you promised.
Worst hosting support I have experienced and I have used about 10 different providers during all these years.

P.S. I will update review if you actually will take some effort to solve the problem. So far nothing.
