No the balance is frozen in Cryptsy's standard coin wallet used to hold coins for the purpose of trading
just as all other coin wallets on the site.

It's not just my wallet as far as I know, it is the entire site effecting every user.
The wallet is frozen under the pretense of "maintenance" and has been for the last three weeks.
Take a gander at the entire post and it should explain, if not let me know if you have any more questions.
