I just have very positive experience with DirectBet... Yesterday I had two bets for one soccer game, in moment I placed bet odds were 1.1 and 1.2, but in confirmation moment, odds dropped to 1.0x for both bets. I wrote email to support, it took about three minutes, meanwhile odds increased to about 1.3x. I wrote to support again. Must say, that they are playing very fair ! They refunded to me difference between both winning bets. They just do not have to, but they did! I also can use negotiate bets, but I do not like it.
So that`s my experience with directbet, very positive, even if I`m lazy to play with negotiated odds, or have a problem, they are doing good job, trying to resolve issues for both sides to be satisfied.
One question to VIP rewards please:
Now there is not mentioned in rules, that email address+wallet address needs to be used during month to get rewards. Only wallet address is mentioned.
But what in case, that user needs to upgrade wallet to newer version ? User will lost same wallet address used to bet, i.e. user will lost VIP points?
Or email address + wallet address is still valid combination, but not mentioned in rules ?

Loyalty points are now tracked solely based on your payout address.
If you need to change your payout address during the month, please contact us when you start betting with a new address and we will take care of your loyalty points. For this to go through you will have to enter your e-mail address when betting as this will allow us to verify that the loyalty points belongs to you.
