I'm danish and will buy from a danish retailer.
You'll have to buy it used, and given that you could probably afford a 5850. If you can buy with BTC, you can find lots of cheap 5850s in marketplace-->goods-->computer hardware on this forum. Heck, you might even be able to afford a 5870 if you find a good deal. Prices have dropped quite a bit since ASICs are supposedly just a few months away. Lots of people liquidating GPUs.
