Server problem is not the problem..

The problen is that our bet and winning in Feb 1 was gone!!!

i had and already get the answers from them..btw keep calm buddy..you're not the only one who had fun at there..

even i only bring 4 -5 users to play there when problem occur i directly contact their support and none so much trouble so far ..

i've got 503 and deposit/wd pending too btw .. but after contact the support it become clear so far ... just my 2 cents..

Supposed to be i have over 11BTC in my balance now.. but it only appears 3.6BTC lookslike a rollback because all my bet was gone in bet history..

I contacted support them many times...

I hope my situation will not happen to this person who posted a message in their feedback..

I will delete this if my case solve.....

LoL..i've got it too..already read that message in my inbox..and one thing i know, it's not happening to me right now..

i hope your case get clear soon..btw all my users problem i send directly to support@cloudbet.com too.. so far they still keep answer and help me fixing all issue..

yes they answering my question before, but its not a small amount, and im already lost i think total of 30BTC in this site... I hope to hear from support soon.....
