IT'S EMP, BABY!
That part of the EMP is very critical here... that should be made well-known to all the Ukies from Odessa to Kharkov... that they should organize even now so that when the time comes to "incapacitate" Ukraine, troops don't have to enter anymore but the local vigilantes could just overpower and take over from the villains... special commandos only needed to target the WEstern mercenaries and they should be crucified together with the Right Sector terrorists
