lol all this sounds great in practice and all and some of the points you made do have valid merrits behind them, but trust me if the pre load concept is going to be crap like the ANX Premium mastercard i have then it will be a pain in the ass to wait 36 hours minimal if you deposit bitcoin during middle of week with no holidays 
BTC -> CARD transfer is instant.

lol yes when i load my anx card i have 2 options i have a wallet on anx website itself where i can hold coins to make trades as well. The second option is when logged in to anx site there is a option that says load card. When you go there says you can transfer from wallet in anx or you have a second wallet where you can send deposits to for wallet loading. If the deposit to wallet loading is less than $100 they will after like 1-2 days send it over to the main anx website. If you use direct load or instant transfer you will get a email saying they will try to process request and load card within 24 business hours, given i am not in hong kong our times always mismatch so i end up with 36 hours at shortest. The email does let you know may take up to 2 business days if needed.
