Its nice to have a new exchange, but it is not comparable to C-Cex, and if on C-Cex trade was almost zero, on the Askcoin it will be zero forever. Better to save the market on C-Cex... A little cheap pump (at 1 sat it is just couple of BTC) would save the market . In any case if you want new exchanger, its better to target the ones which could have LTC/LFTC and DOGE/LFTC trading, because compared to BTC,  LFTC is less than 1 sat, so no trade can be done. Compared to LTC and DOGE price the LFTC can have at least *some* value.
