Hello, I aquired a couple of antminers s3+ an one is working fine but the other is not

Make sure network is set to DHCP .... also what firmware are you running (you can get this from the intial web UI page when you log in)
I am using Load: 0.06 0.10 0.07 | Auto Refresh: on and DHCP is on
Can you also be more explicit about the "not working". Is it not hashing at all or is it not hashing well?
