I meant within the production runs   There's the matte, the semi-gloss metallic and the spun metal look.
In terms of geometry, I'm only aware of bare (i.e. no heatsink at all), the early extruded heat sink, and the heatspreaders as being 'official'.  Crapton of heatsink configurations from users out there, with varying degrees of 'overclocking!' claims

Probably, though I can't say I found any name-to-Rev information back when I did my BE homage post.  One of the earlier shots did depict 'Rev 2.00' as the silkscreen, at least; http://oi42.tinypic.com/2z589s5.jpg
I can only presume there was a 'Rev 1.00' at some point, even if never in released board form
