I hate to say it but these pictures don't mean much. It shows some Amber in dirt and in bags. This amber could have been purchased and strewn about into a dirt hole, or it could have come directly from black market sources which is where much of amber comes from. Id like to see pictures of an actual mining operation.. where you can actually tell the surroundings etc.
I agree with you if its really a "mining facility" we would see workers with picks, carts and trucks with amber.

I will also further conjecture that most of the volume we see now is faked to encourage people to think its a good idea to buy your ico.
