I'm re enabling the skcbot (IRC) and skeintip (Twitter). Reworked some network stuff (No more disconnect issues for the twitterbot yeah!!), and moved it to a Pi2. If anyone disagrees with his or her balance, send me a pm.

offtopic, Kendra can we get a x86 build aswell? (wallet vm is x86 , donno why i did that)
