JorgeStolfi and jsCoin, thanks for your replies! I appreciate all your help. I followed the advice of others and downloaded/Config'd an Open Source VPN GUI, for Europe. I now have the Bitcoinwisdom charts back up and working. 

I suppose I was a little rash with my comments. I will remember the send feedback link next time.
