1) A one time refund for users whose total withdrawn earnings have not yet reached their total contract purchases. The payout will be computed as such:

Total Contract Purchases - Total Withdrawals Already Received = Refund Amount

For example, if you purchased a Starter contract worth 99.95€ and your total withdrawals received so far is only 70€, you can be eligible for a payout of 29.95€ to cover your initial investment.

The refund will nullify and cancel your active contracts. If you agree to this refund, please send us your username and a screenshot of your Statement page so we can review your account. If you qualify, the refund will be processed through the First Swiss Card which will be sent to you free of charge. You will just need to send your complete name and postal address.

Otherwise and if also applicable, we will refund your credit card payment.

2) If you purchased contracts by credit card, you may also inquire with your bank for a reversal of the transaction.

3) If you do not fall into these two categories or do not wish to take the above options, your earnings and pending withdrawals will be processed when the cryptocurrency industry recovers from its steep decline. We cannot give you a specific time frame of when pending earnings can be processed as this depends entirely on crypto prices.
