won 2 of the daily leader boards on satoshidice more then a week ago but I never received the prizes, I contacted them by email (no response) and via this forum and have gotten 1 pm (3days ago) but still no prizes paid out -_-
Hello sorry for the slow response, these prizes are awarded automatically to the account a few minutes after the day ends. You have two accounts and the one that won has received the prizes as a balance increase of 0.15 BTC.

How can I have 2 accounts then? I just go to your website on my browser and I filled in a nickname once. I won the prizes on that account but when I go to your website at this moment I still don't have the 0.15 BTC, how do I get on the right account? (nickname is still the same as when I won the prizes.)
EDIT: I got 2 seperate URL's in my history with the same nickname, don't know how this happened but got on the right one now and the BTC is on it. Thanks.
