Bro i am not looking for croud funding. I am looking for company or individual active in lending business and every details will be given to them. No sense in posting information here. And even no one will lend without property valuation. So waiting for serious investor.

No offense but if you're taking a that big loan and have no source of income other than crypto's
You do realize the interest rate you'll get here ?

I dont think that anyone on this forum is wealthy enough to fund this loan no matter how much collateral you provide.
People dont lend that much to a family member.
So its just useless to seek a loan here.
Here we can only fund microloans not huge loans.

You are right. But some times investors look around here for safe investment options and if i am lucky i will find one. And micro loans i am also planning to start lending :-)

I doubt it that you would ever find an investor like that here. You havent made anything clear and people here are losing trust on you.

Bro everything was crystal clear: i am searching for loan against property. The single line is sufficient for geniune investors.

mainly on these type of scenarios investors first visit the property, if they want to lend they do the valuation of the property, negotiate about rates and amount if mutually agreed deal done else by by.

Now tell me whats unclear here ?
