Now, it's great to see a new algo, it's also great that it fixes some of Bitcoin' problems. However, the history shows (hm.. HVC?) that usually new algo is not enough for a coin to succeed.
Still, I honestly wish you GOOD LUCK! And I'll keep an eye, maybe I'll even try to mine it.
This isn't the coin we deserve, but it's the one we have right now. In a couple months I intend to release my real coin project that includes some extremely cool features relating to new mining methods, data on the blockchain, and interesting economic properties. But that isn't this coin

Will there be a gpu miner on launch ?
By the way what will be the block reward (just to know to how much correspond the premine/bounty...)
It's doubtful that there will be a GPU miner at launch, however I'm trying to get a guy I know to help out with that (and/or hoping someone thinks the bounties are worth it). The block reward is 10 coins, rewarded every 5 minutes. So, the GPU bounty is worth 35 blocks and 30 blocks, depending on AMD/Nvidia
Last night I worked on getting Gitian builds working for Supcoin so that we can have pre-compiled (and verifiable) Windows, Mac, and Linux builds at launch. Tonight I hope to finish this up and tweak the final parameters on the coin and to begin testing it.
