What do people think should be the true value of this coin? Like I'm guessing 5k a coin isn't unreasonable at all

No you don't. If you would think that, you would be buying now and selling at 5k. Since there are still sell orders below 5k, then I guess current price is true price, 0,7 k.

Just don't say it is worth 5k. If you would really think it is worth 5k then you would be buying everything below 5k, right?
