I have another question, regarding staking. Has the staking special bonus (block) feature been already implemented or not yet. Have been staking pretty neatly over last few days and I was wondering if that is due to this increased interest rate on some blocks or still without it.
No, implementing it would mean a hard fork that will be announced weeks in advance.
