Bob is alright AFAIK. I and he did a small chatting when I loaned him some BTC(which was his last activity). He told me

Why would he need to loan btc? I seem to remember seeing him offering to 'double people's bitcoins' somewhere (though I have no idea whether it was an imposter or not).
From what I see, it was just another kind of 'giveaway'.
Similar to the ridiculously priced gift cards.
