I want to join a signature campaign, is there some suggestion or advice? 
Newbies don't earn much (VERY little) so you will have to buy an account to earn a lot (1btc a month) or wait many months to become a senior or hero account.
you have some skills ? Photoshop for example , that could be useful and you can make Logo's and banner and signatures for people in "services" section
