I dont think thats bots can solve the capthcas. its impossible

There is bots which can solve simple captchas such as recaptcha's captcha. Solvemedia, Minteye and areyouahuman captchas are even better. But there are bots which takes specific captchas from websites and will give to paid captcha solvers(humams).

P.S. If you want to look for yourself, go to browser extension/plugin store, search for captcha solver and install it and open a faucet which has recaptcha. Solvemedia may not work.

It is currently a captcha service provided by Google(http://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/) it was originally developed by another team before acquired by Google. Google use it to digitize books and for Google street view to determine location.
