Folks, I cant say about withdrawing WeTk, but now WeTk deposit does not work!!! You should test things better before launching, this is not a playground! And we are not free testing engineers for you to find obvious problems! Opened a ticket more than 12 hours ago, still nothing in reply yet. Cannot write in Trollbox, as it tells me "you have to make a deposit before you can post a message in trollbox". What an irony
- I want to write in trollbox excatly because I cannot make a deposit!! On different topic - is at least BTC withdrawal issue fixed? Fix all those problems asap, if you want to be taken seriously, otherwise people just will be scared to use your exchange! Nobody wants problems with deposit and withdrawal in the industry where speed matters!!
I want to follow up with my post, as I want to be fair to these guys. Last week there were multiple improvements on this exchange. WeTk deposits are now being confirmed in an acceptable time (took less than few hours for me, as opposed to few days before). The BTC withdrawal I did also was done smoothly - I immediately saw the transaction in blockchain.info, though by some reason it took much longer to confirm that other transactions I did the same time. But it confirmed finally, and I don't think this delay was caused by exchange.
They answer to support inquiries done via their website (could take up to 1-2 days to get an answer though).
So, actually these guys are improving (regardless of the fact that nobody of them cared to answer my post here)
