there will be maximum of 2000 HYPER per month to be earned and there is no different in each account rank?
to earn 2000 hyper that would be 4000 posts
2000 x 0.00024248 = 0.49/month for 4k post give or take

Yes that is correct, but the 4000 posts DO NOT have to be made in the next month. It is based on the TOTAL amount of posts your account has when payouts are processed.
