Thanks for your question. The store was just finally approved for Google Shopping and launched in the past week, so there have just been a few sales (a few hundred dollars) so far. I built the store to sell it, so I haven't put additional effort into marketing the site outside of the specific avenues noted above. What you're buying is all of the existing infrastructure and assets as well as the feeds/access to Google Shopping (which is complicated to set up).
