Donatello,

You are having an interesting approach.

1. Do you think a company having liquidity problem will announce there are serious delays in depositing (Some of our customers may have not deposited because of that announcement this weekend).

2. We have no withdraw problem, we are processing all withdraws as usual.

Rather than criticize "my approach", you could update your post or even apologize for the wrong information.

I have no idea if it's a liquidity problem. I mentioned that as one possibility. Why then are you still accepting deposits? What's the point of allowing users to deposit when you know there is this issue? You tell me?

But as for your questions,

1.) Sure, because it's obvious right away that deposits aren't showing up. So you have no choice but to say something. A company with a liquidity issue would probably do exactly what you did, say something about it at the bottom of the website (rather than on the deposit page) and say that the delay is a lot smaller than it really is.

2.) Which doesn't speak anything to the possibility that you're using deposited money to make those payments.
