These have been delayed for the simple fact is our prize guy has been on vacation for the last few weeks of the year.
We do expect him to return this week and all prizes won/owed should be shipped / paid out.

So why didn't someone fill in for him in the meantime?
Many ppl have been on vacation for the holiday season. Those left are needed in more important areas. Such as making sure the site runs smoothly, withdrawals
and deposits go in and out in a timely manner, and in making sure that your investments are secure.
Which one should we swap prize shipments from?
A little condescending there. Not very good customer service.
How about, " sorry for the delay but we've had a number of people off during the holidays and have been operating with minimal staff who are working hard to keep the exchange up and running. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible."
Then maybe throw in a little something extra for goodwill when actually shipping the item.
