and panic that isn't not how i have made money i always do plan my trade before the day even start in evening

That's great to hear that you're making profits during panics... But, always watch your positions, because whilst panics can make you win, they always have more chance of making you lose... It's your timing to either remain in the trade or just get out with your profits and be happy with that much only...
