I'm had this problem with minerd miner from the boolberry's site. Can anyone help?

Try getting mbk's miner instead. The one on boolberry.com isn't updated.

Now I have problem opencl.ddl is missing.
I have CPU only machine.

Sorry for all this trouble. I'll see if I can get an updated windows executable built today.
